Karongwe Private Game Reserve
The Karongwe portfolio is situated at the foothills of the Drakensberg mountains on a 9000-hectare private game reserve situated in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. Karongwe is incredibly unique as they have 2 eye-level sunken photographic hides overlooking a waterhole. The one hide faces west for sunrise photography and the other faces east for the sessions at sunset. These hides are an amazing opportunity for you to get your shots at those prime golden hours of the day.
The Great Migration Tanzania
The Great Migration is one of the world’s most astonishing spectacles known to man. With roughly 2 million wildebeest moving through various parts of the Serengeti National Park and then across the Marra river into Kenya for a very short period of August and September. Situated in the famous Madikwe Private Game Reserve and home to the Big 5 and heaven for its population of wild dogs, Impodimo has over 75000 hectares of driving traversing on the famous Madikwe Private Game Reserve situated in the North West Province of South Africa. It is extremely well known for its own private photographic hide situated at the lodge itself.

Nzumba is situated within the North-Western part of the famous Klaserie Private Nature Reserve. Overlooking beautiful water, Nzumba is a photographic destination where you cannot for one second put your camera down. There is just always something around, whether it’s a grey-headed bush shrike in the tree above you or a massive herd of elephants at the waterhole - there is always something to photograph.
Tangala Tented Camp
Tangala Safari Camp is in the Thornybush Game Reserve. A beautiful rustic little lodge overlooking a small waterhole facing the majestic Drakensberg mountains. The lodge has 6 bush facing safari tents all with ensuite bathrooms. Situated within the prasine and beautiful Waterberg Mountain range on Welgevonden Game Reserve which is considered to be one of the most spectacular and breathtaking wilderness areas in South Africa. Nungubane Game Lodge is set high in Welgevonden’s mountainous, malaria-free terrain overlooking valleys and kloofs, dissected by areas of open plains and rolling grasslands. This ecosystem is a landscape photographer’s dream. At night after dinner set your camera up on your private deck for some incredible Astrophotography.

Marataba forms part of Marakele National Park and is situated in the beautiful Waterberg mountains. Marataba Conservation camps is a slightly different but equally special safari experience. Being one of the last strongholds of the Southern White Rhino population, the teams at Marataba are doing everything they can in order to bring this species back from its near-threatened status. The advanced technologies being used by Marataba are making monitoring these animals much more effective than ever before.
Marataba has an incredibly successful cheetah population and plays a vital role in the genetic spread of the species into various other parts across the continent of Africa.
